2009 hasn't been too kind to celebrities, one of which being R&B singer Chris Brown -- who is now infamous for beating up his then girlfriend Rihanna in February. I'm personally glad this year is almost over with because I'm sick of both ass hats being in the news every time I fart.
Ol' Fivehead just released a new album called "Rated R" last month and has been doing a lot of promotional interviews, like on ABC's 20/20, discussing the ass whoopin' she got and how she's moved on from Brown. (".. Nothing hurts like the scar inside" Oh, shaddap bitch!)
She's certainly winning the favor of the public while Balrog has been working over time to do some damage control and salvage his sinking career. Brown's latest album, "Graffiti," was released earlier this month, just weeks after Rihanna's (probably a plea to stay in the headlines with the close release dates) and he's been on a similar tour of interviews trying to cover his ass. Appearing on BET's 106 & Park, talking to MTV's Sway and also popping up on 20/20, Breezy still comes across as unapologetic and fake -- as if he's been prepped on what to say.
Well, somebody shoulda prepped homie for Tweeting, because once again he had "a nigga moment" after learning of a Walmart refusing to carry his new CD. Brown tweeted the following (please excuse his typos, lol):
"JUST WAS AT WALMART IN wallingford CT,844 north colony.. the didn't even have my album in the back... not on shelves, saw for myself. im not biting my tongue about shit else... the industry can kiss my ass. WTF.. yeah i said it and i aint retracting shit. im tired of this shit. major stores r blackballing my cd. not stockin the shelves and lying to customers. what the fuck do i gotta do..."
Tsk, tsk, tsk. Breezy's camp of goons responded to this by deleting his Twitter account. Hilarious. The Wally World in question even released a statement saying he was trippin' and they are indeed selling his CD and they were just out of stock.
"We are surprised at the comments online. All Walmart stores nationwide have carried the CD since its release, including the Wallingford store mentioned in the post. Look, here's what I'ma need you to do -- STOP DOING INTERVIEWS. Better yet, JUST STOP YAPPING. Your Twitter being yanked off the internet was a step in the right direction as I was personally getting tired of your tweets whining about Rihanna. LET THIS ISSUE GO, IT'S OLD NEWS! People aren't going to change how they view you at this point. STICK TO MAKING MUSIC AND SHUT UP OTHERWISE!
