You can repost articles or use graphics only if you link back to the either the article itself or the main page and it is very clear that you did not write and/or do the graphic. Just have common respect and give credit where it's due. Don't be an ass about it.

If you have a problem with anything on the site, we don't care. For example, if you're mentioned by name or your picture is used and you don't like it so you want to make a scene about the ordeal. For one thing, this may shock you, but your name isn't copyrighted -- we're free to say your name as much as we please.

If we're making fun of you, what are you going to do? Get us for slander? Don't mean to be arrogant about this, but good luck with that. Just because you bitch about it doesn't mean we broke a law. It's called freedom of speech. If you hate paq-land that much, then stop getting so aggrivated with it and stop visiting.

However, if you are indeed a copyright holder of music, video, or an image and need something like that to be removed off the site, just ask nicely in an e-mail lol. No need to send me death threats, Viacom.

If you don't like the fact we complain and "talk shit", then you're free to get your own web page and do so yourself about us (just know you're digging your own grave by doing so). Don't try to hang us because paq-land is a well designed site that people like while you're stuck with your stupid little myspace or xanga blog. It's a free country and we have freedom of speech, deal with it. If you want to play computer chair lawyer to try to scare us, forget it. Until we get slapped with some legal papers that say "cease and desist" we're not stopping anything. You should really have more things in your life to worry about other than what a few college kids are saying on their web site.

Also, any "threats" are just the product of venting and are by no means "real". For instance, if anyone says "I'm so angry, if so and so does such and such again I'm going to do this and that!". Sit down, shut up, and go find some other people to harrass with your skewed-ass, made up book of legalalities.
